I have Chronic Pain, Neuropathy and a couple other Zingers. This gummy is taken approximately 30 minutes before I want to sleep.
After I take gummy I make sure everything is out of the way since
all at once I’m sleeping. Before I would take the gummy be sitting in my recliner with a short sleeve T Shirt and shorts, wake up and I’m cold with AC on but wasn’t ready Togo to bed. I had to learn the hard way.lol
