To return your product, please send us an email at support@raroyalcbd.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CARRIER DELAYS, MISTAKES, MISPLACED PACKAGES, MELTED PRODUCTS, OR COMPLICATIONS. Many shipping carriers have been experiencing delays, we cannot be held responsible for miss-placed packages or delays due to the Shipping Carrier. Once the purchase has been made and the tracking has been sent, should there be any complications with the shipping, unfortunately, you will have to contact the Carrier directly.

RA Royal retains the rights to not ship to any states or territories where local laws conflict with H.R. 2: The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, also known as the 2018 Farm Bill. Due to Delta 8 THC being illegal or not explicitly legal according to state laws, this product does not ship to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, and Vermont. All vape products will require an adult signature upon delivery.
